Divert valve SC

Reliable flow direction control in a hygienic production process 

-    Two-part valve disc, screwed, with a defined space for the sealing ring for easy installation

-    Seal resistant to seepage and ripout 

-    Shaft seal design: 

•     Stripping function protects against contamination ingress
•     Geometry protects the seal against being torn out

-    Actuator allocation according to product pressure: 

•     6 bar (87 psi) / 10 bar (145 psi) / 22.7 bar (330 psi)

-    Application with higher product pressures up to 22.7 bar (330 psi) and to avoid pressure surges 

-    Valve disk double-balanced

•     resistant to pressure blows up to min. 45 bar (652 psi)
•     avoidance of pressure surges during switching

-    Housing PN 25 without dead space

•     one part, for welding – no additional connections (screw connection, flange, etc.) required in the pipeline
•     drainable- no sump in the upper housing

-    Cost-effective alternative - connection 0 to gully
